Sibling Rivalry: Lava

The game my siblings and I used to play was called Lava, and the premise was that we slid down the stairs, usually slowly but at varying rates, mimicking a flow of lava. We would slide down in a variety of strange positions, not just feet first, but often sideways or upside down with arms and legs extended at unusual angles, always in keeping with the idea of flow. When we reached the bottom of the stairs we would run back up and start again.
